Terms and Conditions – a26game Pakistan Betting & Casino Rules

Welcome to a26game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the player", "you") and a26game ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the a26game website at a26game.ws, including all betting, gaming, casino and esports wagering services available on the platform.

By creating an account on a26game, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm without reservation that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use a26game.

These Terms apply to all a26game products including but not limited to sports betting, betting odds, esports betting, online casino games, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, crash games, fishing games and the VIP Club loyalty programme.

Access to a26game is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. a26game operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including voluntary exclusions set on the a26game platform itself.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of a26game or any of its associated companies or game providers.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) and must be acting solely on your own behalf.

a26game reserves the right to request proof of age at any time during the registration process or thereafter. If satisfactory age verification documentation is not provided within the specified timeframe, a26game may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible person may hold only one active a26game account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on a26game, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a26game account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify a26game immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• a26game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Accounts used by any person other than the registered account holder are subject to suspension without prior notice.
• All transactions on a26game are the sole responsibility of the registered account holder, regardless of who physically performed them.

a26game may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion.

All financial transactions on a26game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required or applied. Balances displayed on a26game are always in PKR.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on a26game is Rs 500. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. Deposits via mobile wallets are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfers may take up to one business hour depending on the processing bank.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically settle within 5–15 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–4 hours. a26game does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified in the name of the registered a26game account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• a26game may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including source-of-funds evidence for significant amounts.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• a26game reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing as a benefit of their tier status.

Bets placed on a26game — including sports betting, esports betting and all other wagering products — are subject to the following rules. By placing any bet on a26game you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions.

The minimum bet across all sports and esports markets on a26game is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event type and account tier, and are displayed at the time of bet placement. a26game reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts at its discretion without prior notice.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the a26game system.
• a26game reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a system error, human error or data feed malfunction. Voided bets are returned as stakes to your account.
• If an event is postponed, a26game will apply the following policy: if the event is rescheduled and takes place within 48 hours of the original start time, bets remain valid. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours or cancelled entirely, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. a26game accepts no responsibility for bets placed during a data feed disruption. Any in-play bets placed on incorrect odds due to delayed data will be voided.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. One void selection in an accumulator reduces the accumulator by one leg; the remaining selections continue to stand at adjusted combined odds.
• a26game may apply bet restrictions to accounts suspected of arbitrage betting, matched betting or professional gambling strategies that are deemed to abuse the platform's pricing model.

a26game's casino section — including live dealer games, slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, crash games and fishing arcade titles — operates under the following rules:

All non-live casino games on a26game use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages. Actual session results will vary and are not guaranteed to match published RTP figures.

• Live dealer games use real physical cards, wheels and equipment operated by trained dealers. a26game is not responsible for human error by live dealers where the error is not detected in the same game round. Disputes must be raised with support within 24 hours of the relevant game round completing.
• Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and other desi card games on a26game use shuffled physical decks in live versions. RNG-based versions use certified algorithms.
• Crash game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. Players are responsible for their own cash-out decisions; technical issues during a round that prevent cash-out will result in the stake being returned, not the multiplier at time of issue.
• a26game reserves the right to void game rounds where a technical malfunction demonstrably affected the fairness or integrity of the outcome.
• Minimum bets in casino games start from Rs 200 for most titles. Maximum bet limits are displayed in each game.
• Any winnings arising from bets placed using bonus balance are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 7.

a26game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of that promotion as communicated at the time of the offer, and to the following general bonus rules which apply to all a26game promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

Welcome Bonus: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new a26game registrations on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus percentage and maximum bonus amount are as stated on the promotional page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus balance and carries a 30x wagering requirement unless otherwise specified.

Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement of 30x means you must place bets with a total combined value of 30 times the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal as real money. For example, a Rs 2,500 bonus carries a Rs 75,000 wagering requirement.

• Only bets placed with bonus balance contribute toward wagering requirements. Real-money bets do not count toward clearing a bonus.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Crash games and esports may have specific contribution rates stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus balance expires 30 days from the date of credit unless a shorter expiry period is specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balance is forfeited.
• a26game reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus at any time. Players with active wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus, making deposits solely to claim a bonus without genuine gaming intent, or coordinating with other players to extract bonus value — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and any related winnings.
• Weekly cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses (deposits minus withdrawals and winnings) over the calendar week. The cashback rate is determined by your VIP tier as described in Section 8.

The a26game VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Participation in the VIP Club is governed by these Terms and any supplementary VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page at /vip-club.

• VIP points are earned on all qualifying wagers placed on a26game at a rate of 1 point per Rs 100 wagered. Some game types may carry modified point earn rates as specified in the VIP Club section.
• VIP tiers are: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. Tier advancement and maintenance thresholds are published on the VIP Club page and are subject to change at a26game's discretion with 14 days' prior notice to affected members.
• VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, dedicated account manager access and exclusive bonus offers — are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.
• VIP tier maintenance requires a minimum wagering activity level within each calendar month. Failure to meet the maintenance threshold may result in tier downgrade at the start of the following month.
• a26game reserves the right to remove a player from the VIP Club without notice if the player is found to be in breach of any other section of these Terms.

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, underage gambling or identity theft.
• Operating multiple accounts on the a26game platform.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including systematic bonus extraction.
• Chargeback requests made against a26game deposits.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within specified timeframes.
• Any activity that a26game reasonably believes constitutes a threat to the integrity of the platform or harm to other players.

On account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus balance and any winnings arising from bonus balance where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned to the account holder via the payment method on file, subject to identity verification and fraud checks. a26game's decision on account closure is final.

Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support at support@a26game.ws. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the conditions above.

All content on a26game — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, icons, data and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of a26game or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from a26game without prior written permission.
• You may not use the a26game brand, logo or any associated marks in connection with any product or service that is not provided by a26game without prior written authorisation.
• The a26game software and game engines are licensed from third-party providers. All such third-party intellectual property is used under licence and is the property of the respective licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a26game's total liability to any registered player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a26game is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue or data arising from platform downtime, technical failures or connectivity issues outside a26game's reasonable control.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers or data feed providers.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised account access.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses sustained as a result of bets placed on incorrect odds published due to manifest error, where such bets are subsequently voided.

a26game makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible via in-platform notifications.

a26game collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy. By registering on a26game you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and customer support.
• a26game does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification services and game providers where necessary for platform operation.

• Account closure requests do not automatically result in data deletion; a26game retains transaction and identity records for the period required by applicable law and internal compliance policies.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications, formatting updates or minor corrections) may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of a26game after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
